pianorental.uk is the PianoSpeed group's rental arm: a beginner upright acoustic piano in your Torquay home for £10 a week, delivered by the same specialist piano crews that move and store pianos across Britain. The piano is tuned in your home once it has settled in, then tuned again every year, with both tunes included in the rental.
It is built for the two people who call most: a family whose child has just started lessons and does not want to bet several hundred pounds on whether they stick, and an adult who always meant to learn and would rather find out on a real instrument. There is no minimum term, so if the lessons do not stick you give four weeks notice and the piano goes back, collection already paid for.
Delivery is £159 to a ground-floor room, stairs are £99 per floor covering both the carry up now and the carry back down at the end, and a lift about 1.2 metres deep means no stair charge at all. The rental rounds reach Torquay on the same fixed weekly day as the rest of TQ, which is the whole reason the price stays at £10 a week.

How much does it cost to rent a piano in Torquay?
£10 a week, billed £40 every four weeks, for a beginner upright acoustic piano. Delivery is £159 to a ground-floor room, which covers the delivery itself, a tune in your home once the piano has settled, and collection at the end. Stairs are £99 per floor each way covered in one charge. All prices include VAT.
What piano do you get?
A real beginner upright acoustic piano with weighted keys and a proper sustain pedal, from the PianoSpeed group's own stock, not a keyboard and not a digital. It is tuned in your home after it has settled in, and tuned again every year, both included in the rental.
Is there a minimum rental term?
No. Give four weeks notice whenever you are done and the piano is collected, with the collection already paid for in the original delivery charge. There is no deposit either, just a card on file for the four-weekly payment.
When would a rental piano be delivered in Torquay?
The rental rounds are in Torquay (TQ) every Friday. That fixed day is what keeps the rental at £10 a week rather than £30: the van is already in your area, so you get route cost rather than special-trip cost.
